Our Chairman has executed numerous private equity transactions and managed over €1B in private equity assets, in a global portfolio and he served as an investment committee member for a US$3B Private Equity portfolio and held several limited partner advisory board seats of private equity portfolio companies.

Our Chairman holds a LL.M. and is a FINRA series 3, 7 & 66 charter holder.

Arturo Giovanoli is specialized in providing management and advisory services in the fields of M&A/Corporate Finance, Transaction Management, Corporate Governance and Compliance, restructuring, turnaround, refinancing and in the field of debt restructuring moratorium and providing support in setting up and developing new business.

He typically takes the temporary lead of the financial department or acts as a senior business consultant at C and / or Board level. Beside his activities as interim manager during crisis and or special situations he also acts as a Compliance Officer for family offices and as an independent Board member of privately held companies.

Our Advisory Board member and General Counsel has over 25 years of experience as legal counsel across various industries and businesses, and has executed a large number of M&A transactions and related financing transactions. He has also been responsible for compliance matters in multinational companies. He holds a master degree in law and is accredited to the Bar in Switzerland.

He had various positions in international operations leading multimillion projects in manufacturing, products, solutions and services businesses across different geographies including Switzerland and Germany.
